Nycoil Blow Gun Body Types:

	Vari-Flo Body: This lever operated blow gun is uniquely designed to combine a contemporary appearance with unmatched performance.  It features a chrome plated zinc die cast body, steel lever with a vinyl thumb grip, plastic side plates, stainless steel spring, repairable (replaceable) brass valve and Buna-N seals.  Not only does this blow gun fit comfortably in the user’s hand, it allows the amount of air flow to be controlled by how far the lever is depressed.
	Nycoil Classic Body: This lever operated blow gun is the original Nycoil blow gun that has become widely accepted throughout the industry. It features a chrome plated zinc die cast body, steel lever with a vinyl thumb grip, stainless steel spring, brass valve and Buna-N seals.  Its compact design makes it easy to handle and store while doing the work of larger models. The “flow stabilizer valve” provides low, stable airflow when the lever is lightly depressed or a powerful, steady air blast when the lever is fully depressed.
	Rectus Pistol Grip: This pistol grip blow gun has a comfortable variable output trigger that allows infinite flow control.   It features a Hostaform C body, trigger and valve, aluminum nozzle, stainless steel springs and Buna-N seals.  The slender 4 ¼” bent nozzle is spark proof and allows air blow off in hard to reach places and blind holes as small as .200”.  Also available with a nickel plated brass 1/8” female NPT adapter to accommodate all other tips.
	TEMA Pistol Grip:  This pistol grip blow gun is far and away the most, rugged, durable and comfortable to use blow gun available.  It features a POM (Delrin) body and trigger and, nickel plated brass nozzle, stainless steel springs, nickel plated steel valve and Buna-N seals.  The specially designed valve allows accurate flow adjustment and control simply by pulling the trigger to reach the desired level.

Nycoil Blow Gun Tips:

  “Safety” Tips conform to the following standards:

-         OSHA Standard 1910.242 (B) permitting a maximum of 30 psi outlet pressure when dead ended with a maximum of 150 psi inlet pressure.

-         OSHA Standard 1910.95 regulating occupational noise level exposure

• Nickel Plated Brass Safety Tip: general purpose tip for blowing away dust, chips, etc.
• Nickel Plated Extension Safety Tips (3”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 16”, 18”, 24”, 30” & 36”): good for getting into high or hard to reach places.  Made from brass base with a rugged steel extension tube, all nickel plated.
• Air Screen Tip: brass tip provides a conical air stream around the center air stream to minimize dust and chip blowback.

• Nickel Plated Brass Booster Tip: multiple holes create a venturi effect, which increases air flow and working capacity.

• Plastic Booster Tip: non-removable unique super booster Nylon tip provides large air volume at low velocity and will not mar or scratch delicate surfaces.  Extremely quiet.

• Whisper Tip: nickel plated brass tip produces a high volume of concentrated air and a low noise level.

“Non-Safety” Tips do not have a safety by-pass and must be used on air lines that have a regulated maximum pressure of 30 psi in order to comply with the OSHA Standards.

• Brass Non-Safety Tip: basic tip for blow off applications where economy is the primary concern.

• Rubber Tip: soft tip will not scratch or mar surfaces.

• Extension Tips (3” & 6”):  good for reaching into crevices and tight spaces.  Made from lightweight aluminum for easier use and prevent sparking.

• Small Diameter 4” Steel Tip: reduced diameter allows tip to reach into places other extensions won’t fit into.    

• 3” Nylon Flex Tip: designed to get into tight areas especially where some bending is required.

• Spray Tip: delivers a fine most – good for spraying plants, fruits & vegetables.
