| Nycoil offers Bonded Tubing in Polyurethane and Nylon. Due to the differences in the properties of these two materials, each is bonded in a different manner. Polyurethane uses our EZ-Strip® process, which is a continuous bond along the entire length of the tubes. Bonded Polyurethane is easily separated, meaning the tubes can be pulled apart without compromising their dimensional integrity. Maintaining perfect "roundness" is essential for a secure and leak free fitting connection. EZ-Strip® is also available as Mini Coils.

| Spiral Wrap is a Polyethylene Tubing that is specially cut to expand and wrap around loose wiring/tubing in order to make one neat and tangle free bundle. Spiral Wrap also act as as a protective jacket to prevent abrasion or damage from other sources in the surrounding area. The special angled cut of the tubing is rounded, allowing it to be easily and safely wrapped around a bundle of tubes or wires without cutting the contents. Spiral Wrap is available with a 1/4? outside diameter to accommodate 3/16" to 2" bundles and with a 1/2" outside diameter for 3/8" to 4" bundles. Black spiral wrap tubing is UV resistant. |
